1. What are the typical prices of your houses and apartments?
Prices variate in regard to location and size etc. But we have typical price ranges from apartments: 80.000-300.000 € and villas: 2oo.000-600.000 €. But of course our different projects will have different price levels depending on location, size etc.
2. How long does it take to build a house?
From when we start building, it will typically take about 6 months for the construction to be finished.
3. What are the benefits for me to invest in a property in Cyprus?
Quality of life, beautiful clean and safe environment, some of Europes best beaches, short distances, international EU country, low tax rates, stabile growing market, high ROI.
4. How is a typical payment plan and payment rates?
A normal payment plan will be: 30% down payment, 60% during construction, 10% on delivery.
5. How are tax rates in Cyprus?
Private tax rates in Cyprus are progressive from 20-35 % depending on income.
Cooperate taxes are 12,5 %. Standard VAT on goods are 19% and reduced VAT on certain goods from 9 to 5 to 0%.
6. How is the yearly climate in Cyprus?
Winter time from 15 to 25 degrees and Summer time from 25 to 40 degrees. 320 days of sun, and very rarely rain, fx in January & February only 3 rainy days pr month.
7. What activities can you do in Cyprus?
Cyprus has endless opportunities if you want to be active. A lot of sports clubs with football, basketball etc., and other activities like all kinds of watersports, beautiful diving sites, hiking in the mountains, padel courts, running & cycling, fitness centres etc.
8 What is the flight time and price for flights to Cyprus?
From South of Scandinavia you can fly direct to Cyprus with a flight time around 3 hours and 55 min. Prices vary, but you can get low price tickets from about 100 € with Norwegian. From West in London, England, a little more than 4 hours and many flight options. From Eastern Europe with flight time about 3 hours and 50 min, Fx you can fly direct from Vilnius, Lithuania from 100€ with Wizzair.
